# DevTechSlopes > DevTechSlopes is a founder-led SaaS engineering studio. Engagements start with a clearly scoped paid assessment or planning sprint, and the founder leads the work directly. The studio helps early-stage SaaS teams diagnose technical problems, plan practical MVPs, and ship focused product improvements without hiring a full engineering department. The studio is run by Haider Ali, who works directly with each client. When implementation requires additional design, QA, DevOps, or development capacity, a specialist is proposed before the project begins. The proposal identifies who is involved and what they are responsible for. There is no offshore reseller layer, no account-management layer, and no anonymous "senior team" pretence. ## Offer ladder The studio publishes four named engagements. Each has a defined scope, deliverables, and price. - **SaaS Technical Health Check** — USD 750 fixed. Five business days after access and intake are complete. Scope: one application, one repository, one production or staging environment, written findings, one 60-minute findings call. Implementation is not included. - **MVP Planning Sprint** — USD 2,500 fixed. One week. Defines the smallest useful product, the architecture and data approach, delivery phases, risks, and an implementation estimate. No visual brand design. - **Product Rescue Sprint** — USD 4,000–8,000. One or two weeks. Resolves a defined technical blocker or stabilises a critical part of the product. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins. - **Focused Implementation** — From USD 6,000 (indicative; confirmed after enquiry). Defined module or implementation phase, normally after a planning sprint or assessment. Ongoing engineering support is available selectively after an initial engagement. The studio does not promote a dedicated multi-person team. ## Core pages - [Home](https://devtechslopes.com/): Positioning, the offer ladder, fit checklist, process, founder section, FAQ, and final CTA. - [Services](https://devtechslopes.com/services): Each of the four engagements in detail with scope, deliverables, exclusions, and pricing. - [Pricing](https://devtechslopes.com/pricing): Starter prices, quote drivers, exclusions, payment terms, and pricing FAQ. - [Work](https://devtechslopes.com/portfolio): Selected product and engineering work, with engagement context per project. - [About](https://devtechslopes.com/about): Founder profile, delivery model, and the principles guiding each engagement. - [Contact](https://devtechslopes.com/contact): The lead form for sending project details.
